Series KYW1600 is a highly popular and proven side window X-Ray tube. The tube features an electron gun assembly packaged in a stainless steel lead-lined package with a choice of mounting flange, filled with cooling oil. The tube is to be operated in a positive anode mode with the cathode grounded. The tube applies the imported 100μm Be sheet. The product is featured with small volume and light weight.

Application Scope
The tube is in wide use for thickness measurement of non-woven fabrics, paper, plastic film, aluminum foil, and copper foil. It is suitable for X-ray fluorescence analysis of light elements.
