The SL Carline+ is the successor to the highly acclaimed SL Carline crimp force monitor endorsed by both the American and European automotive industries. With its upgraded electronics and software, the analysis has been enhanced to include Zone 1 & 2 and Peak Force evaluation. Single or double channel versions are available to cater to bench presses and automatic wire processing machines.

Flexible Application
The SL Carline+ system is excellently suited for all fields of application requiring the monitoring of crimp forces. The system accepts a wide range of triggering methods such as proximity, encoder and even automatic triggering by the force itself. A wide range of force sensors and adaptation plates (either on the ram or base-plate) are already available. To remove the need for adaptation plates, strain sensors mounted on the press frame are also supported. The system can be used with every crimp press, and thus protect your investment also for the future.
